Camp Questions

If you have any questions concerning any camp, please contact the coach or teacher in charge as shown on our staff page and/or in emails you receive from us confirming your registration.

Participant Waiver Document

Participants in any program, athletic or academic must complete and submit the Waiver document. Please complete this as part of your registration. If you declined during sign up you can click here to complete the form.

Inclement Weather Policy:

Camps will run as scheduled. In the event of inclement weather, indoor facilities would be used.

Refund Policy:

Brother Rice Camps will refund the registration cost minus a 20% service fee up to 15 days prior to the start date of the camp when the participant cancels.  No refund will be issued if camp participant cancels within two weeks (14 days) prior to the camp start date or does not show up for camp.  If Brother Rice were to cancel the camp a full refund would be issued.
